SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
When ordering clothes from Studio Barnhus, we print your desired product on demand. Meaning we don’t keep a warehouse of printed goods, we create your product when you order it. Please keep in mind we’re a small company and doing our best to deliver the best product to you as fast as we can, but sometimes it takes a little longer. Expect 5-10 days for a placed order to get created, packed and shipped. Thank you! <3
RETURNS
All sales are final and no returns are accepted except for defected items. Please reach out before returning a defected item.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will review the request and evaluate the issue. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your order we are not obligated by European law to make any changes. Studio Barnhus do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged by post offices/ carriers. Items damaged from transfer has to be reported directly to the carrier.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected request for making a return, and let you know if the a refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
